- Bill of Rights: a customer may request a swap between eligible Infor-proprietary multi-tenant products used for at least twelve months.
- Commercial rules
- Request at least 90 days before the anniversary; exchange ratio based on relative value as reasonably determined by Infor; documented in a signed Order Form; cannot reduce aggregate Annual Subscription Fees. Third-party products and Infor Velocity Suite excluded.
