Infor publishes On-Premises Software Terms and Conditions separately for North America, Asia Pacific Japan, EMEA countries and Latin America, in several languages.[1]
Infor's licence audit collects data on the products, users by ID and workstations by ID, from which it produces counts of named or concurrent users.[2]
Infor states that security keys alone are not adequate assurance of compliance with the licence agreement, and that its audit is provided at no cost to the customer.[3]
If Support lapses through non-renewal or non-payment, it can only be reinstated with Infor's written consent and payment of the fees for the lapsed period plus a reinstatement charge.[4]
