- MLSA: "“Subscription Term” means the duration of Customer’s subscription to the applicable Products and Managed Services as set forth in the applicable Imprivata Order Form"
- Commercial rules
- On-Premise Software may be subscription-based for the Subscription Term or perpetual, as the Order Form states; Cloud Services are always for the Subscription Term. Support is included in the subscription cost. The Agreement runs until the last Subscription Term ends; on expiry all Products terminate and use must stop. Invoices are due within 30 days and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
