- Idera MSLA s.16: Evaluation Software may be used only for testing and evaluation during the term of a temporary or trial License Key (the Evaluation Period).

- Test results are confidential and may not be published. At the end of the Evaluation Period the software must be uninstalled and destroyed unless a commercial licence was bought. Liability is capped at USD 100.
