- Commercial rules
- Monthly reservations of seats and credits are debited from the annual balance at discounted rates; usage above the reservation is on-demand (credits at list rate, seats at the negotiated rate). Reserved credits and seats expire monthly; unused balance is forfeited at term end. After the balance is exhausted, the minimum required reservation and on-demand usage are invoiced monthly. Flex billing terms override the Subscription Agreement where they conflict; add-on user and overage processes do not apply.
