- EULA s.13: Maintenance (web portal and telephone support plus minor releases) is provided while a subscription or paid Maintenance is active, for the most current major version and the immediately preceding major version.
- Commercial rules
- Renewal is invoiced before the end of each term unless terminated at least 30 days before expiry; maintenance lapses if the renewal invoice is unpaid ten days after expiry. Failure to renew annual maintenance may require purchase of a new licence to obtain future major versions.
