- Exact SaaS Conditions July 2026, art. 11: Accountants may use the Web Application for their clients and may purchase a specific type of user account for clients to perform actions on their Administration in the Accountant’s part of the Web Application.

- Exact decides the availability of client accounts, the rights granted and eligibility for benefits. The Accountant remains fully responsible for client access, must prove authorisation from its clients on request and must meet Exact’s requirements for Accountants.
