- Commercial rules
- Credit term typically 12 or 24 months. Alerts at 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of purchased credits; backups suspended at 110%. At least 80% must be consumed in the term; up to 20% of purchased credits carry over at renewal; credits above that are forfeited. Backups are suspended at term expiry regardless of remaining balance. Evaluation credits do not carry over. Not applicable to AWS Marketplace (public offer) or Managed Service Partner customers.
