- Committed quantities plus product allotments form the included usage; usage above it is on-demand usage at the on-demand rate (Product Allotments). MSA s.6.2 lets Datadog raise prices on auto-renewal of Orders of 12 months or longer by up to the greater of 9% or CPI. MSA s.11.4: committed fees for the full term remain due if the customer ends early, except for termination for cause or Availability failure.
