- Renew or upgrade an on-premises license: "Each ScreenConnect™ on-premises license includes 365 days of software updates and support." The EULA §16(d) governs lapse and reinstatement of Maintenance.
- Commercial rules
- After twelve months the licence and software keep working but future updates will not run with the licence. Upgrades are priced as new purchases with trade-in credit and reset the licence to a fresh 365 days. Reinstating lapsed Maintenance costs 150% of the then-prevailing Maintenance fee for each unpaid year.
