- Commercial rules
- Usage draws down the Total Available Balance at discounted rates; overage beyond it is billed at the discounted rate until the end of the term. Only fees in the account named in the Order get the Discount. Support fees draw down the balance but are not discounted; professional and education services neither draw down nor are discounted. New Components get no Discount during the term. The Net Payable Amount equals the Total Available Balance unless stated otherwise.
