- Renewal guide: "Renewal methods are applied at the account level." Auto Charge (US and Canada) charges the payment method on the renewal date; Auto Invoice (elsewhere) sends an invoice 30 days before expiry.
- Commercial rules
- Reminder e-mails 60 and 35 days (Auto Charge) or 60 and 30 days (Auto Invoice) before expiry; 60, 35 and 7 days if not enrolled. Unpaid accounts are suspended to Read-only on day 7 after expiry and reinstated on payment. Buying a new subscription instead of renewing "may result in disruption of service". Reseller customers renew through the reseller.
