- General Terms s.7.1.1.2: customers buying through a Bluebeam-authorized reseller pay the reseller the agreed fees; "Resellers have no authority to bind Bluebeam, modify these General Terms, or provide any warranty or other commitment on behalf of Bluebeam."

- The Online Terms of Sale do not apply to licences bought from a third-party reseller. Customers that bought through a reseller add users and renew through that reseller.
