- Definition
- Commitment that the production version of a Subscription will be Available at least 99.9% of the time calculated monthly, excluding planned and critical maintenance and external failures.
- Commercial rules
- Credit of 10% of monthly Subscription fees where availability for the month is below 99.7% and not below 99.5%, and 20% below 99.5%. Customer must report within 30 days of month end. The credit is the sole and exclusive remedy.
