- SELECT Program Terms §4.2: retroactive licenses granted to cover Excess Use, invoiced per Site and per licensed Product for the peak amount of Excess Use ("Term License Fees").
- Commercial rules
- Effective only on payment. Fees are those in effect at the start of the calendar term. Non-payment allows Bentley to restrict Excess Use technically or withdraw pooling. Eligible for CSS funding (monthly resets under CSS).
