- Terms of Use §12.6: if a Subscription is bought from a Reseller and the Reseller Agreement conflicts with the Terms, "as between you and Atera, these Terms shall prevail".
- Commercial rules
- Rights granted only by the Reseller must be enforced against the Reseller. The Subscription depends on Atera receiving payment from the Reseller. Atera may take over billing directly. SLA credits for reseller-bought subscriptions are calculated on the fees the Reseller pays Atera.
