- Section 10(a): during the term of the Agreement and on Aptean's reasonable suspicion that the customer is misusing the Licensor Products and Services, the customer will permit an audit of records and computer systems relevant to use of the Software or Equipment, during normal business hours and on reasonable advance notice.
