- Commercial rules
- Credits: 1% for 99.00% to 99.49%, 3% for 95.00% to 98.99%, 5% for 90.00% to 94.99%. A request must be made within 20 days of the month end; credits in any month do not exceed 8% of monthly Fees. Planned Maintenance is excluded and capped at 20 hours a month.
