- How is Zapier Agents usage measured?: "An activity is any billable action that your agent takes." Counted events: using a trigger, answering from a knowledge source, running an action, a web browsing or scraping request, a web search, or a message sent to an agent through the Chrome Extension.
- Counting rules
- Each listed event counts one activity. Activities do not affect Zapier task usage. On paid Agents plans testing does not count; on Free it does. Activities reset monthly on the billing date. In Team and Enterprise accounts all users share one pool. Per-run caps: Free 10, Pro and Enterprise 40.
