- Software Terms section 1.1: Total Finances are measured, for a legal entity, as the customers' or clients' gross revenues and/or funding if providing services to a third party, otherwise the entity's aggregate gross revenues and funding; for a governmental entity, non-profit or educational institution, the budget for the entire entity; for an individual, the client's gross revenues or funding or the amount generated in connection with the use of the Software.

- Measured each date the Unity Software is used over the most recent twelve trailing months and compared with the Financial Threshold of the tier in use. The customer must keep complete records and bears the burden of proving Tier Eligibility.
- Floors / minimums
- Financial Thresholds: Personal up to USD 200,000; Pro USD 200,001 to 24,999,999; Enterprise USD 25,000,000 and over; Industry Customers USD 1,000,000; Student Plan USD 1,000,000.
