An endpoint is active if its agent reported in the last hour of measurement and long-lived if more than seven days separate its first and latest status reports. Each endpoint applies one feature package at a time; add-on features (SAP Scanner, Sandbox automatic submission, Data Security Sensor) are charged in addition. Snapshot-based calculation.
