- Primary Customer Agreement s.3.5: applies to any Product identified as metered or usage-based in the Supplemental Terms or the Order; base fees buy a Usage Allowance per Measurement Period and Overage is billed in arrears.
- Commercial rules
- Unused Billable Units do not roll over and are not refundable. Overage Charges at the Order rate or the rate accepted in the Product. Access to a metered Product may be suspended after three failed charges or unpaid overage invoices. For reseller purchases, overage billing follows the reseller agreement.
