- RingCX Service Attachment section 6.D: "Seat" means either (i) a named license based on the named persons that use RingCX, or (ii) a concurrent license based on the number of persons simultaneously using RingCX.
- Counting rules
- Each Seat includes 2,000 minutes of IVR per month and 4,000 outbound domestic minutes; free minutes do not apply to international, automated dialer or inbound toll-free calls and do not roll over. Customer pays for at least the contracted number of Seats regardless of use.
- Floors / minimums
- The customer pays for at least the RingCX Contract Seats on the RingCX Order. Some AI add-ons carry their own minimums (see rules).
