- Definition
- The Respondus institution agreements license the software to the Licensee for use by its Affiliates for educational or academic purposes only. Affiliates are current employees, instructors and students of the Licensee (LockDown Browser, K-12 and StudyMate agreements) or current employees, instructors and teaching assistants (Respondus 4).
- Counting rules
- One licence per institution (or per school or district for K-12) covers all Affiliates; there is no named-user, device or concurrent counting. The licence term runs by academic year, renewing on August 1 or, outside North America, January 1.
- Floors / minimums
- Annual fee tier set by Student FTE or LMS seats; no per-instructor or per-exam minimum.
