- Usage Metric Definitions s5: "User" means any individual who can access the Cloud Service to edit, view, or manage Customer Data and includes individuals using the Cloud Service indirectly (e.g. via portal or API access) or indirectly accessing Customer Data through an automated process.

- Each User has their own access credentials. An Inactive User whose data is retained continues to count against the User limit; the administrative user may instead delete the credentials and reissue them to a new User, optionally transferring the data first.
