- XM for Customer Experience Product Terms s4.1(a): "Annual Loading Limit" means the limit on the number of Interactions that may be loaded into the Cloud Service during each contract year of the Subscription Term, equal to the number of Interactions specified in the Order Form.

- The Monthly Loading Limit is 1/6th of the Annual Loading Limit. Historical Interactions loaded in the first six months (with the necessary Professional Services) do not count toward the Loading Limit.
