- Product Specific Terms s.2.1(B): an Authorized User whom the Administrator registers in the Parallels DaaS Management Portal, or whom Parallels DaaS identifies as registered during any calendar month, "regardless of whether the individual is actively accessing Parallels DaaS Software, and regardless of the number of simultaneous logins".
- Counting rules
- The seat is consumed when the user first signs in and is then persistently assigned to the named user (DaaS licensing guide). User credentials may not be shared, and a user may not use DaaS from two or more devices simultaneously. Credentials may be reassigned only when the user leaves, moves to an unlicensed department, or with Parallels' written consent. Monthly peak above the Authorized Limit is invoiced per additional user.

- Free trial: 15 users for 14 days. SPLA: Customer's own users limited to the lesser of 10% or 20.
