- Counting rules
- Each device with the PaperCut embedded application claims one entitlement; deleting a device or setting it to Disabled indefinitely (Release entitlement) frees it. Subscription entitlements are brand-neutral and grouped as MFD (Full embedded) or SFP (Lite embedded); perpetual licences remain brand-specific, with License Exchange Fees when brands change. From 24.0 entitlements are shared across all Application Servers on one CRN.
