- A subscription licence that fixes the throughput of one NetScaler deployment in any form factor (MPX, SDX, VPX or BLX). Fixed bandwidth perpetual licences are end of sale.

- The licence is applied to each device (or delivered through LAS) and enforces the throughput of that device. Only Advanced and Premium editions are supported. Edition and bandwidth upgrades are not supported and migration to pooled capacity is not supported.
