- Consumption varies by capability: AI Notetaker 120 credits per meeting hour; AI blocks 8 credits per action (actions on the same item within 24 hours counted once); monday agents and sidekick by task complexity. Credits are a Usage Balance that expires at the end of the usage period and does not roll over (ToS §8.13).
