- Counting rules
- The licences purchased must be at least the total voice licences of the queue groups the feature is switched on for. If feature licences are greater than or equal to the number of voice licences, the feature becomes a platform feature for the whole system.
- Floors / minimums
- Feature licences cannot exceed entitlement; a group needs at least one outbound enablement.
