- EULSA §2(c): "Under the Named End User model, which only applies to Ivanti Neurons for HR and Ivanti Neurons for Facilities, a Named End User is a single User that is authorized to access and/or use the Software in a self-service function to consume services, report issues, or use other tools within the Software, regardless of whether or not the individual actually uses the Software."
