- EULA s.3.1.3: a single user Subscription license lets the Software be installed "for access and use solely by one specific person" on one primary computer and one additional computer. s.3.1.4: multi-user access "is solely for the number of specific persons corresponding to the number of user Subscription licenses you purchased".
- Counting rules
- Install on as many computers as user licences, plus one extra computer that only hosts the shared company data file. Licensed users are named persons; a licence may be reassigned when the user leaves the company. All users in multi-user mode must run the same version year. F2 (Product Information) shows the number of User Licenses.
