Intuit makes financial software for small businesses, consumers and accountants, including QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma and Mailchimp. Its cloud products such as QuickBooks Online are sold as recurring subscriptions under product- and country-specific terms.

Intuit publishes separate product licences and terms of service by product family, including Intuit Accountants professional tax software, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and TurboTax, with country-specific versions.[1]
QuickBooks subscription fees may be charged in advance annually or at another recurring interval disclosed before purchase, and for annual subscriptions Intuit sends a reminder with the current fee 30 to 60 days before the term ends.[2]
Subscribers may cancel at any time but may not receive a refund.[3]
A QuickBooks Online account holder can designate Administrators and Additional Users, whose actions are treated as authorized by the account holder.[4]
