- IFS Product Terms, IFS Cloud glossary: "Named User means a named User authorized to use the Software (or any portion thereof) regardless of whether the individual is actively using the Software at any given time; a non-human operated device will be counted as one or multiple Named User(s) (depending on the nature of operation) in addition to all individuals authorized to use the Software."
- Counting rules
- Counted whether or not the person uses the Software. Devices and automated access count as one or more Named Users. Entitlements are measured at the front end of any External Integration (interfaces, multiplexers, AI agents, RPA bots). In the partner EULA, Named Users are the default metric when no other is licensed.
