- Master Agreement s.2.9.1: IFS may verify use not more than once per calendar year (unless a prior verification found non-compliance), by itself or a third-party auditor, using remote methods such as diagnostic scripts, discovery tools and log reviews; records held by hosting providers are in scope. Non-compliance means paying the fees due without discounts plus the reasonable verification costs; failing to cooperate is a material breach.
