- Master Agreement s.13.18 and s.2.5.1: External Integrations include interfaces, apps, multiplexing hardware or software, AI agents and RPA bots; the Entitlement is always measured at the External Integration front end, and integrations may not be used to circumvent use restrictions. The partner EULA adds that Named Users are the default metric when no other metric is licensed.
