- Idera MSLA s.1(d): "CLU" means (i) in non-virtual environments, one physical CPU Unit, and (ii) in virtual environments, "up to four (4) virtual CPUs allocated to a virtual machine".

- Physical: one CLU per populated socket covering up to four Base Cores, plus one CLU for each further four cores per CPU, rounded up (two 8-core CPUs = 4 CLUs; two 6-core CPUs = 4 CLUs). Virtual: one CLU per four vCPUs allocated to the VM, rounded up (7 vCPUs = 2 CLUs).
