- Q-DAS and eMMA terms B.3.2(a): the right to install and use the Software on any computer of a network within the Licensed Territory, acquired for a specific location (Local), a country or region (Country) or worldwide (Global); use requires a permanent connection to the customer's licence server.

- Use only if both the Authorized User and the computer are inside the Licensed Territory and the right is not already exercised by another user. Each Authorized User needs a Floating License, and a user reaching a workstation from several computers needs one per computer.
