- Q-DAS terms B.4(c): a transfer is allowed only for a perpetual right, assigned uniformly and completely, with the transferor giving up all use and copies, notifying Hexagon in writing with the buyer's details, and the buyer agreeing in writing to the terms; temporary licences cannot be transferred.
