- FortiClient ordering guide (29 April 2026): direct upgrades between on-premise and cloud SKUs are not supported; new SKUs must be bought for the new EMS instance. Legacy EMS01/EMS03 SKUs cannot be upgraded to EMS04/EMS05 and must be replaced at renewal. FortiClient licences do not include FortiToken entitlement.
