- The Account tab in the Five9 portal shows "Max Inbound/Outbound Lines" for the domain, which cap simultaneous inbound and outbound calls.
- Counting rules
- An inbound line is used when a caller successfully connects to the inbound campaign, even while the caller is still in the IVR. New accounts reserve a share of outbound lines for non-campaign calls, with a default of 95% for automated dialing.
