- Definition
- “Named User License” means the right for a single Named User to use a specific Esri Offering. “Named User(s)” is Customer’s employee, agent, consultant, or contractor to whom Customer has assigned a unique, secure login credential (identity) enabling access to a Product that requires such identity in order to access identity-managed capabilities within a Product for Customer’s exclusive benefit.

- E204 2.5: Named User login credentials are for designated users only and may not be shared; a Named User License may be reassigned when the former user no longer requires access; third parties may not be added as Named Users other than those within the definition. E300 footnote 7: an ArcGIS Pro Named User may log in on up to three machines at the same time but use ArcGIS Pro on only one machine at a time.
