- Master Agreement E204 2.5 (revised August 1, 2025): Named User login credentials are for designated users only and may not be shared with other individuals; a Named User License may be reassigned to another user if the former user no longer requires access; third parties may not be added as Named Users beyond those in the Named User definition (employees, agents, consultants, contractors; registered students for educational use). E300 applies these Section 2.5 terms where a signed Master Agreement lacks Named User terms.
