- Esri Support deprecation notice 000036856: the Concurrent Use license type and ArcGIS License Manager were deprecated July 1, 2025 (ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS CityEngine). Esri stopped selling new ArcGIS Desktop Concurrent Use licenses in June 2022; maintenance renewal quotes switch to the equivalent user type from December 1, 2025; conversions between Named User and Single Use / Concurrent Use in My Esri were removed December 1, 2025; perpetual Concurrent Use licenses keep enabling versions released before March 1, 2026; ArcGIS Pro releases from Q2 2026 do not support Concurrent Use (ArcGIS Pro documentation: not valid for ArcGIS Pro 3.7). License Manager support continues into 2028 for listed older versions.
