- Creator — Creators can create and edit content such as maps and apps, perform feature analysis using the analysis tools in ArcGIS Online, collect data, and collaborate and share content for use in apps. They can also create 2D and 3D maps and interactive visualizations using ArcGIS Pro Basic.
- Counting rules
- A user type is assigned to a member (one Named User) when invited to the organization; it determines the privileges grantable through roles and the included apps. Named User rules in the Master Agreement (E204) 2.5 apply: credentials may not be shared; reassignment only when the former user no longer requires access. The Creator user type provides access to ArcGIS Pro Basic under the Named User license type (ArcGIS Pro documentation).
