- Service Terms section 1: "User means any individual natural person or approved automated system (commonly called a bot) granted access through a unique user ID, issued by Customer for access and/or use of the Subscription Services."
- Counting rules
- Each User needs a unique user ID issued by the customer; the customer must not let Users share IDs and passwords (section 2.2). An automated system counts as a User only if e2open has approved it (section 2.1.1). The Service Terms set no number of Users; quantities, duration and applicable use are stated on the Order Form.
