- Affiliates are companies controlled by or under common control with the ultimate parent at the 50% threshold. The customer remains responsible where a Customer Affiliate fails to fulfil an Order Form. Fees do not include additional volume from a merger or acquisition and e2open may revise fees on assignment or material change of use.
