- IAM Service Schedule: "“IAM Agreement(s)” means a single electronic file (in any supported file format type) stored in, generated by, or imported into the Docusign Service." Each individual file within an Envelope counts as one IAM Agreement.
- Counting rules
- IAM Agreements ingested into Agreement Manager count against the Agreement Manager documents allowance where one applies; on upgrade from eSignature, completed envelopes are ingested automatically and count. IAM plans include a one-time, non-renewable 5,000 Agreement Manager documents per user; from Order Start Dates on or after 2025-11-21 there is no limit on ongoing agreements.
