- Software Terms SDSG21.0 section 3.5: "Designated Sites" are the customer facilities at which the Software may be installed, identified in the Agreement or designated later in writing by Descartes and the customer.
- Counting rules
- Non-Mobile Applications may be installed only at Designated Sites, or temporarily at a Disaster Recovery Site during an extraordinary disaster under documented procedures (section 2.3(a)). A single licence allows a single installation unless the Order Form says otherwise (section 2.3(b)).
